About Lee
Lee Rusinko was raised in Edmonton and completed his law degree at the University of Alberta in 1999, having previously practised at a litigation firm defending insurance companies against injury claims. He joined James H. Brown & Associates in 2003 and has personally concluded settlements exceeding $100 million, including a $4.7 million settlement for a brain injury and a $3.9 million settlement for a child injured by a drunk driver. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal, Court of King's Bench, Provincial Court and the Federal Court of Canada, with additional experience in British Columbia, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, and he is regularly retained by the Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta.
