About Sonya
Sonya Mollema is a member of the firm's Employment and Strata Law Group, advising employers and employees on employment contracts, terminations, wrongful dismissal claims, and workplace investigations, and has appeared before the BC Human Rights Tribunal, Provincial Court and Supreme Court. She earned a BA from the University of British Columbia in 2015, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from the University of Oxford in 2017, and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Queen Mary University of London in 2021, where she was a student advisor with the QMUL Legal Advice Centre and Clifford Chance. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023.
