About Dana

Dana Quantz joined Hutchison Oss-Cech Marlatt in 2011 and maintains a broad civil litigation practice covering personal injury, labour and employment, and human rights claims. He's appeared before the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the BC Labour Relations Board, and the Employment Standards Branch, and provides legal advice to sexual harassment survivors through the Community Legal Assistance Society's SHARP program. He earned his JD from the University of Victoria in 2010 after a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary in 2007, and has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Victoria Bar Association since 2011.
