Costa Law Firm is a full service law firm based in Toronto that has been serving the city since 1993. Its main office sits on Bloor Street West, between the Ossington and Dufferin subway stations. Founder David Costa holds a Canadian law degree from the University of Windsor and an American law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, along with earlier degrees in music and education. Costa leads the firm's main criminal defence work and also guides its business, municipal, and real estate matters. Beyond criminal defence, the firm handles family law, immigration, real estate, wills and estates, business law, civil litigation, labour and employment, and municipal matters.

One of the firm's lawyers holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa's Common Law program, earlier science degrees from the University of Alberta and the University of Guyana, and previously worked at the Federal Department of Justice in Toronto. That lawyer belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and the Criminal Lawyers' Association. The firm works in both English and French and can arrange interpreters for other languages. Beyond its Toronto office, it keeps consultation locations in Newmarket, Concord (Vaughan), and Barrie, reaching clients across the Greater Toronto Area, York Region, and Simcoe County.
