Karkee Law Firm Professional Corporation is a small firm in Scarborough, established in 2019. Its office is at 69 Lebovic Avenue, near the Warden and Eglinton area of the city. Founder Ramesh Karkee built a legal career in Nepal before requalifying to practise in Canada, starting with a bachelor of laws and a master's in commercial law at Tribhuvan University, then a master's in business law at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Internationally Trained Lawyer's Program at the University of Toronto. Ramesh Karkee was called to the Nepal Bar Council as an advocate in 2000 and to the Ontario bar as a barrister and solicitor in 2019.

The firm handles residential and commercial real estate, business purchase and sale, business and corporate law, family law, wills and powers of attorney, and notary and commissioning services. A second lawyer, Rajani Tiwari, joined the firm as a barrister and solicitor in 2024, after articling in family and criminal law in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and after several years working on real estate, wills and estates files at the firm as its law office manager.
