Cozmo Law Professional Corporation is a small Toronto firm run by two partners, Ashraful Karim and Sakib Alam, both called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. The office sits in a plaza on Victoria Park Avenue near Eglinton Avenue East. The firm handles family law, real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, administrative law, elder law, and notary public work, and it's small enough that clients deal directly with one of the two partners rather than a large support team. Fees are generally billed hourly, though the firm has quoted flat fees for common real estate, family law, and wills matters.

Both partners trained outside Canada before requalifying in Ontario. Karim earned a law degree and an MBA in Bangladesh, worked in the legal and compliance division of a bank, and served as in-house counsel for multinational companies before being called to the Ontario Bar. Alam earned an LL.B. from the University of London, was called to the Bar by Lincoln's Inn in London in 2003, and practiced civil litigation before Bangladesh's Supreme Court before moving to Ontario. Rezwana Karim, who holds an MBA from the University of Dhaka and a professional accounting certificate from Seneca College, handles the firm's accounts and administration.
