Necpal Litigation is a small law firm in Toronto that specializes in commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and internal investigations. Justin Necpal founded the firm in 2016 after training and practicing at the Toronto office of Torys LLP, and the firm's name comes directly from Necpal's surname. Its office sits at 65 Front Street East in the city's St. Lawrence Market area. The practice covers business and commercial litigation, public and regulatory litigation, professional liability, employment litigation, securities litigation, product liability, defamation and privacy litigation, and cross-border matters.

The team includes David Salter, who joined from Lenczner Slaght LLP in Toronto and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and is admitted to practice in both Ontario and New York, and Dylan Gibbs, who came from Gilbert's LLP, an intellectual property litigation firm, and appears before the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal as well as Ontario's courts. Necpal holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, a political science degree from York University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
