About Dylan

Dylan is an associate whose litigation practice centers on complex business disputes, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, passing off, and other economic torts, as well as intellectual property matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Before joining Necpal Litigation, he worked at Gilbert's LLP, an IP litigation firm in Toronto, representing clients in telecommunications, software, energy, and pharmaceuticals. Dylan holds dual degrees in common and civil law from McGill University, where he won the F.R. Scott Prize in Constitutional Law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2021.
