McIntyre Szabo Professional Corporation is a health law firm based in Toronto, at 128A Sterling Road near Bloor Street and Dundas Street West. John McIntyre and Jessica Szabo founded the firm in 2023 after both had worked at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG). The team represents hospitals, regulated health providers, insurers, and professional associations, working with clients in Toronto and, virtually and in person, elsewhere in Ontario.

The firm's work centres on professional regulation and college complaints across Ontario's health regulatory colleges, mental health law before the Consent and Capacity Board and the Ontario Review Board, hospital privileging disputes, health privacy, and litigation before tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. It's also built a practice at the intersection of health law and 2SLGBTQ+ rights, including a case about OHIP coverage for gender-affirming surgery that reached the Ontario Court of Appeal, and co-founder John McIntyre runs a pro bono Gender Affirming Care Legal Support Clinic with The 519 in Toronto. Billing options include hourly rates, flat fees, subscription arrangements, and a sliding scale for students and individuals based on ability to pay.
