Klein & Schonblum Associates is a litigation firm in midtown Toronto, founded in 1992 to meet a specific need in the insurance market: specialized legal work at reasonable rates. Its core focus is professional liability defence for insurers and brokers, and its practice also covers personal injury, transportation loss defence, and corporate, commercial, and real estate litigation. The firm's lawyers were called to the Ontario bar anywhere from 1978 to 2023, and most joined KSA after working at downtown Toronto firms, corporations, insurers, or the Government of Ontario, a mix the firm says lets it do work usually associated with larger firms.

KSA started out at Yonge and Dundas in downtown Toronto before moving to the Yonge-Eglinton Centre in midtown, a change the firm says lowered its overhead and let it pass the savings on to clients. Jeffrey S. Klein, one of the firm's founders, was called to the bar in 1978 and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Court. Since 2022 the firm has carried rankings from Best Law Firms in corporate and commercial litigation and in real estate law. It has also been involved in a certified Ontario class action for roughly 60,000 Canadian taxpayers who took part in the Global Learning Group Inc. charitable donation program, certified in June 2019.
