Jordan is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in family law and, before starting the firm, was co-counsel on three precedent setting Supreme Court of Canada family law cases, including Francis v. Baker on child support for high income payors and Miglin v. Miglin on separation agreements.
The firm covers the usual range of family law work: separation, divorce, parenting, and support, along with wills and estate planning. It also has a niche in fertility and reproduction law, drafting donor and surrogacy agreements and handling declarations of parentage and births involving assisted reproduction, an area Jordan pursued partly out of personal experience with assisted reproduction.
