About Kelly

Kelly Jordan has practised family law, wills and estate planning, and assisted reproductive technology law in Toronto for more than three decades. She is a certified specialist in family law and is the former Chair of both the Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association Family Law Sections. Her practice spans cohabitation and marriage agreements, adoption, separation and divorce, surrogacy agreements, donor agreements, and declarations of parentage, and she has particular experience with same-sex families and those built through assisted reproduction. Kelly is a founding member of the Minerva Group, an association of senior Toronto family law lawyers offering mediation, arbitration, and litigation management, and is a past member of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys.
