Virtual appointmentsHadri Law Professional Corporation is a small business law firm based at First Canadian Place in downtown Toronto, with a second location in Burlington. Founded by Nassira El Hadri, the firm has grown to four lawyers who work with entrepreneurs, startups, family businesses, and established corporations on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, employment law, contract law, corporate tax law, and notary and apostille services.
El Hadri holds an LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master's in International Business Law from the Universite de Perpignan Via Domitia in France, and an LLB from Rovira i Virgili University in Spain. Before founding Hadri Law, El Hadri worked as a corporate and commercial associate at a mid-size Hamilton firm, and spent more than four and a half years earlier in heavy equipment finance, working on debt recovery files across Canada, including Quebec. That background carries into the firm's practice: its lawyers work with clients in English, French, Spanish, and Catalan, and can prepare documents in more than one language for cross-border matters.

The complex houses the Bank of Montreal's head office, connects into the underground PATH network, and includes about 120 stores across three floors. For a firm built around corporate, tax, and cross-border deal work, operating out of one of the country's tallest office towers puts it in the middle of Toronto's Financial District, close to the banks and institutions its business clients deal with.
The Burlington location, at 901 Guelph Line, is a flexible workspace run by Workwell. It gives Hadri Law a base for clients in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, and the rest of the Halton region without a full standalone branch there. The firm's own materials describe Toronto as its main office and Burlington as a second location.
