Vani Law Office is a general practice firm run by founder Gjergji Vani from an office on Dixon Road in Etobicoke, in Toronto's west end. Vani practices as both a barrister and a solicitor, earning an LLB from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law in 2006 and then a Master of Laws from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia as a Fulbright Scholar. Vani studied and practiced law overseas for a number of years before that, including work as a state district attorney and judge and as a co-founder of a general practice law firm, and was named among Chambers and Partners' "The World's Leading Lawyers" in the 2001 to 2002 edition for work in business and commercial law in Albania.

The firm's caseload covers corporate and commercial law, employment law, immigration law, litigation, notary public services, real estate law, tax law, and wills, trusts and estates law. It also handles transportation law, a less common specialty covering aviation, marine, land and rail matters, from passenger complaints and luggage claims to personal injury, property damage and cargo disputes.
