About Zuzanna

Zuzanna Kuza advises entrepreneurs, private companies, investors, and international businesses on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and commercial contracting. Before joining Hadri Law, she advised clients across Canada and Europe on transactions, reorganizations, and commercial financing. She holds a JD in English Common Law from the University of Ottawa and a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University.
