About Mitchell

Mitch Leitman's practice focuses on real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, financing, leasing, and trust and estate planning, acting for both borrowers and lenders on debt financing and assisting with the purchase and sale of businesses through asset or share transactions. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 1992 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1995, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997. Mitch is past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Real Property Section Executive and current chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Real Property Section Executive, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Mitch practises in English and French.
