Bennett McIntyre Mysicka LLP is a general practice law firm based in Carleton Place, Ontario, with additional offices in nearby Almonte and in Nepean, serving Lanark County, the Ottawa Valley and the Greater Ottawa area. Scott McIntyre was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1988 and, after articling with an Ottawa firm, co-founded McIntyre & Sloan, a real estate practice in Kanata. McIntyre, who is from the Mississippi Mills area near Almonte, moved the practice there in 2008, and in 2009 it moved into the Carriage House in Carleton Place, a historic building on Bridge Street near the town hall. Robert Mysicka joined in 2015, when the firm became McIntyre Mysicka LLP; it now practices as Bennett McIntyre Mysicka LLP.

The firm's work covers real estate, business and corporate law, wills and estates, family law and civil litigation for clients across Lanark County and the Ottawa area. Mysicka has written on regulatory and competition law for the C.D. Howe Institute and the Canadian Intellectual Property Review, and appeared as a panellist at Canada's Competition Summit in 2025. The team also includes associates Mackenzie Spooner, called to the bar in 2024 after an Honours philosophy degree from Trent University and a law degree from Swansea University in the United Kingdom, and Derek Hurdis, who trained with a corporate firm in Calgary before returning to practice from Almonte.
