Kormans LLP is an Ontario law firm that has practised real estate, corporate and commercial, and wills and estates law since 1975. It's headquartered in Mississauga's City Centre, on Village Centre Place near Square One, and carries the name of founding partner Jerry S. Korman, who has since retired. Managing partner David H. Korman was called to the Ontario bar in 1985 and has spent more than three decades closing real estate transactions, lecturing to real estate agents and mortgage brokers, and co-hosting the firm's own real estate podcast.

As Mississauga and Markham grew into what the firm calls two of the fastest growing cities in Canada, Kormans added a second full-time office in Markham and a third in Toronto to keep up with its real estate docket. Beyond those three staffed locations, it meets clients by appointment at addresses stretching from Kingston and North Bay to Windsor and Thunder Bay, and closes many transactions virtually. One associate at the firm focuses on Islamic wills and Sharia compliant financing, and the team fields client questions in 24 languages, including Arabic, Cantonese, French, Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish and Urdu.
