About Jean-Alexandre

Jean-Alexandre, known as Alex, founded his own firm after earlier working at the Canadian Centre for International Justice, an Ottawa law firm, and the Attorney General of Ontario. He built early skills in mediation and negotiation through the North American Conflict Resolution program at the University of Louisville, a NAFTA-funded initiative. In 2014, Legal Action Magazine named him one of Ontario's experts in human rights law. His practice covers employment matters, including wrongful dismissal, workplace discrimination, breach of contract, fraud, and commercial disputes. Before law, he hosted a cooking show at the CBC for three years and worked as a long-haul trucker to help pay for his studies. He's fluent in English, French, and Spanish and represents clients in both official languages.
