Aaron Waxman and Associates is a Toronto personal injury, disability, and employment law firm with its office on Finch Avenue West in North York. Founder Aaron Waxman earned a law degree from the University of Alberta in 1997 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1999. Before founding the firm, Waxman worked at two personal injury firms in southern Ontario. The firm marked its 10th anniversary in September 2018, which puts its founding at around 2008. What started as a solo practice has grown into a team of associates working out of the same Toronto office.
Its practice covers long term and short term disability claims, personal injury matters such as car accidents and slip and falls, and employment disputes including wrongful and constructive dismissal. One of the associates joined in October 2008, not long after the firm was founded, after studying international development and articling at a personal injury firm in Toronto.
