About Zachary

Zach Soprovich is a partner at Duncan Craig LLP in its Financial Services and Banking, and Litigation practice groups, acting for lenders, creditors and debtors in foreclosure, mortgage and security enforcement, insolvency, priority disputes, debt recovery and other commercial litigation. He has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta and before the Federal Court of Canada. He began his career at the firm as a summer student in 2014, earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2013 and his Juris Doctor there in 2016, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2017.
