About Renn

Renn Moodley is a litigator focused on construction law and commercial litigation, along with employment law and debt recovery. He regularly acts for institutional clients, owners and contractors in construction disputes involving breach of contract, delays, deficiencies and builders' liens, and has represented clients in complex multi-party litigation on major Alberta construction projects. Renn earned his LLB from the University of Alberta in 2003 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2004. He is a long-standing member of Witten's management committee and mentors articling students and associates, and he presents regularly on construction law for the Canadian Bar Association and the Legal Education Society of Alberta.
