About Andrea

Andrea Willey is a partner at Duncan Craig LLP practising in the Financial Services and Banking, Litigation, and Family Solutions groups. She represents lenders, creditors and debtors in foreclosure, mortgage and security enforcement, priority disputes, debt recovery and breach of contract disputes, and advises family law clients on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, property division, and estate planning and corporate restructuring for family-owned businesses. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and her law degree from the University of Alberta in 2011, joined the firm the same year, was called to the Alberta Bar in 2012 and the Northwest Territories Bar in 2016, and became a partner in 2019. She leads the firm's Mortgage Enforcement and Unsecured Collection department.
