About John

John Frame leads Witten's Condominium Management Group, advising condominium corporations, directors, property managers and owners, and has argued condominium matters at all levels of court in Alberta, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He also practices in creditors' rights, bankruptcy and insolvency, and commercial disputes. John earned his BA from the University of Alberta in 1990 and his LLB from the University of Windsor in 1991, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1992. He has taught at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, contributed to the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education, and consulted with the Government of Alberta on amendments to the Condominium Property Act. Outside the office, John has been active in Edmonton's lacrosse and rugby communities, including chairing the Discipline and Appeals Committee for the Alberta Lacrosse Association.
