About Zachary

Zachary N. Peachey is an associate at Sullivan Festeryga LLP, focusing on insurance law and personal injury litigation. He articled with the firm in 2015 and became an associate in 2016, building a general litigation practice that touched on insurance defence, family law, and real estate law. In 2021 he moved to an international law firm, where he represented financial institutions and private equity lenders on creditors' rights, mortgage enforcement, and loan transactions. Zachary returned to Sullivan Festeryga in 2024, bringing that experience back to his insurance defence and commercial litigation work. His courtroom work has taken him before Ontario's Superior Court of Justice, up to the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and also before the Small Claims Court and the Landlord and Tenant Board, generally on behalf of financial institutions, private lenders, and insurance companies. He remains active in the Hamilton legal community.
