About Zachary

Zachary Lanys is a civil litigation associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. Before joining the firm, he articled and practiced at the Department of Justice Canada, maintaining a broad civil litigation practice centred on constitutional and administrative law, class proceedings and Crown liability. Since being called to the bar, he has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Political Science from McGill University, where he graduated with distinction. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
