About Alyssa
Alyssa Leung's practice covers commercial, real estate, corporate, lending, and wills and estates matters for individuals, families, businesses, and financial institutions, with an emphasis on efficient, solutions-oriented planning and transactions. She works with clients from the earliest structuring and due diligence stages of a matter through to completion and long-term strategy. Prior to joining Chen & Leung, Alyssa was an associate at a national law firm and clerked for two justices of the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
