Chen & Leung is a full service law firm in Vancouver that traces its roots to 1972, when the predecessor firms that became Chen & Leung first opened in the city's historic Chinatown. Paul Y. M. Leung joined one of those predecessor firms, then known as Joe & Company, in the 1980s and went on to become the firm's principal lawyer, joining Chen & Leung itself in 1989. The firm moved to Oakridge Centre in 1994 and stayed there for 25 years before relocating to its current office at Airport Square in July 2019.
Today the firm practices business and real estate law, civil litigation, banking and secured lending, and estate planning and administration for individuals, real estate developers, financial institutions, and international businesses. Several lawyers at the firm speak Cantonese or Mandarin in addition to English, and one lawyer speaks Conversational Teochew.
