Sicotte Guilbault Legal Services is a full-service law firm based in Ottawa's Orleans neighbourhood, with a second office in Embrun, Ontario. Denis Sicotte founded the firm in November 1993 as a sole practice, the same year Sicotte was called to the Ontario bar after graduating from the University of Ottawa's French Common Law Program. Sicotte had also trained as a Chartered Accountant and combined both professions until 1997, when the growing law practice became a full-time focus. Michel Sicotte, a native of Orleans, is one of the firm's founding partners and was called to the bar in 1996. Yanik S. Guilbault, whose surname now appears alongside Sicotte's in the firm's name, became a partner in 2004.

The firm has grown from that single-lawyer practice into a team of more than 50 legal professionals. It's a fully bilingual practice, with lawyers who serve clients in English and French across business law, litigation and dispute resolution, family law, real estate, wills and estates, employment law, municipal law, and tax law. A managing partner who was born and raised in rural Eastern Ontario runs the Embrun office and has practiced law there since being called to the bar in 2008.
