Xin Jiang is a tax lawyer in the Toronto office specializing in both income tax and indirect tax matters. She advises clients in various areas of Canadian and international taxation, including financings, corporate reorganizations, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, executive compensation, and clean technology. She also helps clients resolve complex income tax and GST/HST disputes with tax authorities. She has completed the Canadian Bar Association Tax Law for Lawyers Program and is completing the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program.
