About Winston

Winston Kam is the founder and principal lawyer at Winright Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia, where he received the Millennium Scholarship and Golden Key International Honour Society membership. During law school he worked at a small real estate law firm in Richmond and at a large international firm in Beijing focused on structured finance. After graduating, he practised at a downtown Vancouver firm in corporate securities, commercial litigation, and business, immigration, and real estate matters before founding Winright Law. His practice today focuses on business and real estate law, covering both solicitor and litigation work.
