Winston now practises in corporate, commercial, and residential real estate law, wills, estates, and trusts, as well as employment and transportation law. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in Manitoba in 1996 and is a member of both the Manitoba and Saskatchewan Law Societies, and a Lecturer with the University of Manitoba's Transport Institute.
