About Erica
Erica Gerstheimer is a partner whose practice centers on subdivision and condominium development law. She brings a well-rounded perspective to her work thanks to years spent on the condominium management side before moving into development law. Erica focuses on seeing projects through from the ground up and stays closely involved in her clients' development goals, aiming to be responsive and available as issues come up. She holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Windsor, earned in 2009, and a JD from the University of Ottawa, earned in 2012, and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2013.
