About Daniel

Daniel Brockenshire is an associate whose practice sits at the overlap between condominium management and condominium and subdivision development, giving him a broad perspective on condominium law. He has a particular interest in condominium amalgamation matters and works to produce practical results for both colleagues and clients. Raised in Kitchener, Daniel is invested in the growth of the Region of Waterloo and enjoys helping communities and clients develop and prosper. He earned a B.A. (Hons.) and an M.A. from the University of Waterloo in 2012 and 2014, and a J.D. from Lakehead University in 2017, and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario the same year. He is involved with the Canadian Condominium Institute.
