About Eric

Eric Goodman is a partner at Mussio Goodman LLP, specializing in personal injury and disability claims with a record of success in negotiations, mediations, and, when needed, trial. He began his practice in 2007 as a civil litigator with Farris Vaughan Wills & Murphy LLP before partnering with Wes Mussio to form Mussio Goodman. Eric has conducted judge and jury trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, including securing a $3 million jury award and a $2.2 million Supreme Court award for clients. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association, Spinal Cord Injury BC, and the BC Brain Injury Association, and mentors through the CBA Mentorship Program.
