About Greg
Greg Allen co-founded Allen/McMillan Litigation Counsel after clerking at the BC Court of Appeal and practising for eight years at a Canadian litigation boutique. He maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice covering shareholders' remedies, defamation, municipal and administrative law, and appellate advocacy, and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada ten times, including as lead counsel in Nelson (City) v Marchi (2021 SCC 41), a leading case on public authority tort liability. He volunteers with Access Pro Bono and previously served on the Canadian Bar Association British Columbia's Advisory Committee to Judicial Council.
