About Wade

Wade Poziomka is a partner whose practice is dedicated to human rights, union-side labour law, and employment law. He chairs the Ontario Bar Association's Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights Section and sits on the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario's Practice Advisory Committee. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Master of Laws from Cornell University, and routinely conducts workplace investigations into harassment and discrimination.
