About Brittanny
Brittanny K. Tinslay is a partner who joined Flaherty McCarthy LLP after articling at a large full-service Toronto firm. Her practice centres on motor vehicle accident tort claims, statutory accident benefit disputes, disputes over loss transfer and priority, occupier's liability claims, and other insurance defence work. She has represented insurance companies and individuals in proceedings before the Licence Appeals Tribunal, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and, in earlier years, the Financial Services Commission. Brittanny earned an Honours B.A. in Psychology and Spanish Literature in 2008, graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. She belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Law Association, and the Advocates' Society.
