About Vladislav

Vlad joined BSLSC in 2024 and represents clients in civil and commercial litigation, with experience at trials and regulatory hearings. Before coming to the firm he worked at a Toronto plaintiff-side personal injury practice, appearing regularly before the Superior Court and the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and he articled at a firm handling employment and immigration appeal work. He obtained his J.D. at Osgoode Hall, where he wrote a paper on the environmental public trust doctrine that has been cited by Canadian courts and academics. Before law school he studied classics at the University of Toronto, graduating with a gold medal and two scholarships. He is fluent in Russian. Vlad completed his B.A. in 2016 and his J.D. in 2019, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2020.
