About Vlad

Foya practises corporate commercial and wills and estate law at SB LLP, working on mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing, estate planning, administration, and probate. Before joining SB LLP, Foya practised at a national law firm gaining experience in corporate and estate matters, and earlier practised banking and financial law in Ukraine. Foya holds a Bachelor of Laws (2000) and a Master of Laws (2001) from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and completed a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation along with Canadian articling requirements. Foya was called to the bar in Alberta and Saskatchewan in 2024, speaks Ukrainian and Russian, and has competed in international sporting events including the World Masters Games.
