About Philip

Philip Lopatka has practiced law in Edmonton since 2005 and was admitted as a Barrister, Solicitor and Member of the Law Society of Alberta that same year. His practice is focused on real estate, corporate and commercial matters, and wills and estates, including contract preparation and negotiation, business purchases and sales, corporate restructuring and succession planning, real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, and probate and estate administration. He earned an LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 2004, having been accepted into the Faculty of Law before completing his undergraduate Bachelor of Science studies.
