Jack Hauptman

About Jack

Hauptman was called to the Alberta Bar in 1973 and has practised law for more than 45 years, based in Edmonton. Hauptman has concentrated on family law since 1990 and, since 2002, on collaborative divorce and mediation, working with business owners, executives, professionals, and senior employees or their spouses through divorce. Hauptman is a member of the Association of Collaborative Professionals, taught parenting seminars for a decade, and served as a Child Support Resolution Officer for more than five years. Hauptman also practises civil and criminal litigation, residential real estate, builders' liens, and employment and wrongful dismissal matters.
