About Vitaly
Vitaly Timokhov practises taxation law and is admitted to practice in Ontario, Alberta and New York State. He graduated from Queen's University Faculty of Law in 1999 and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and his practice covers tax planning, corporate taxation, cross-border transactions and business restructuring.
