About Emil

Emil Flisfeder began his career as a paralegal before joining Steiner Law Group as a summer and articling student, becoming an associate lawyer in 2023. He serves entrepreneurs, start-ups, family businesses and real estate developers on business structuring, transactions, financing and asset transfers, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and NAIOP Toronto.
