About Jenna

Jenna is a partner in the firm's Toronto office. She advises clients on tax issues arising from corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border structures, and also handles personal taxation, estate planning, and trust taxation for individuals and families. Her practice includes representing clients in dealings with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Finance. Jenna holds a JD from the University of Toronto and a BA from McGill University, and completed the In-Depth Tax Course through CPA Canada. She belongs to the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations, and the Law Society of Ontario.
