Howard was called to the Bar in 1988 and now serves as Of Counsel to the firm. Over his career he has built a litigation practice centered on commercial and construction disputes, representing owners, contractors, and lenders before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal. He has also given back to the profession by teaching and tutoring Bar Admission candidates on behalf of the Law Society, and he regularly lectures on construction-related topics.
