Vince's practice covers wills and estates, real estate, land use planning and development, and business law, with a large agricultural and corporate client base. One of his specialties is severances, including surplus farm dwelling severances, lot-line adjustments, and zoning matters. He regularly acts as estate trustee or executor, and occasionally as power of attorney, for estates of varying complexity, drawing on his background in real estate, corporate, and tax planning. Vince was previously the Managing Partner of Grant & Acheson in Fergus before joining SV Law in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours and a Master of Arts, both in Philosophy, from the University of Waterloo, and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has served on the board of the Elora Festival and as a past President of the Wellington Law Association.
