About Dominique
Dominique Sanguinetti is the owner and principal of Sanguinetti + Associates, where she practices corporate and commercial law, residential and commercial real estate, and estate planning and administration. Her corporate work includes incorporating businesses, drafting shareholders' agreements, reviewing commercial leases, and handling the purchase, sale and financing of companies, and she draws on her estate planning background to advise small business owners on succession. She also guides clients, including first-time buyers, through residential and commercial real estate transactions. Dominique holds an Honours B.A. in political science from the University of Toronto and obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2002. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2003, articled at Wright & Associates in Etobicoke, and took over that practice in January 2012 to form Sanguinetti + Associates. She has served on the board of Arts Etobicoke since 2004 and currently co-chairs the organization.
