Donald G. Walker is a U.S. immigration attorney with more than 35 years of experience in immigration, corporate, trust, estate and litigation law. He is an active member of the California Bar and was previously a member of the Alberta Bar, having practised as both a partner and a sole practitioner. He has represented Fortune 500 corporate clients as well as individuals with high net worth in areas including immigration, corporate law, trusts and estates, and general litigation. Walker assists clients with TN, L-1, E, EB-5 and H-1B visas, green card applications, spousal and family sponsorship, and waivers for prior criminal convictions affecting entry to the United States. He received his Bachelor of Commerce and LL.B. from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
