About Aseem
Aseem Dosanjh is a partner at Dosanjh Ladner Arora, practising personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accident claims, product liability, occupier's and social host liability, and claims involving police or security force negligence. He has litigated at all levels of court in British Columbia, including jury and judge-only trials, and has developed a niche practice assisting ICBC claimants dealing with breach scenarios or unfair treatment. Aseem earned his B.A. in History from UBC in 1997 and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2000, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 2001. He has served on the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia's executive committee since 2005, including as its president from 2015 to 2016.
